Aruba's own beer
Balashi is the beer of Aruba. It is brewed on the island at the Balashi Brewery, named after the Balashi area on the south side of Aruba. You will find it in almost every bar, restaurant and supermarket.
A cold Balashi on the beach is part of the Aruba experience for many visitors. The light lager is refreshing in the warm climate.
Brewery tours
In the past the Balashi Brewery offered guided tours. According to the brewery's own website the tours are temporarily closed (status September 2026). Check the website for news about a restart.
