How to fly to One Happy Island

Aruba is well connected by air. Around 25 airlines fly to Queen Beatrix International Airport, with more than 40 direct routes. Most flights come from the United States, but there are also direct flights from Europe and Latin America.

Airlines and routes

  • United States: American Airlines, United, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and Spirit, from cities such as New York, Newark, Miami, Charlotte, Philadelphia and Chicago (some routes seasonal).
  • The Netherlands: KLM and TUI fly from Amsterdam.
  • Latin America: Avianca, Wingo and Copa Airlines, among others, from Colombia and Panama.

Typical flight times

  • US East Coast (New York, Newark): about 4.5 to 5 hours
  • Amsterdam: about 9 to 10 hours
  • Bogotá and Panama City: about 2 hours
