Elegant dining in flip-flops on Surfside Beach
Barefoot opened in 2010 on Surfside Beach, near Oranjestad and the airport. The owners describe it as "elegant dining in flip-flops": tables are set right in the sand.
Besides the beach tables there is a palapa-covered upper deck. The menu features seafood and grilled meats, and the restaurant is very popular, so book well ahead in high season.
