Seafood among waterfalls and a koi lagoon
Ruinas del Mar is the signature restaurant of the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort on Palm Beach. The name means "ruins of the sea": you dine among stone arches, waterfalls and a lagoon with koi fish.
The kitchen serves Caribbean and Mediterranean dishes with an emphasis on seafood. In 2024 it was named Aruba's best hotel restaurant at the World Culinary Awards.
