Bucuti & Tara was founded in 1987 by Ewald Biemans on a quiet stretch of Eagle Beach. The adults-only resort has around 104 rooms in two wings: the Bucuti wing and the oceanfront Tara Suites.
Bucuti & Tara is internationally known for its sustainability: it was the first carbon-neutral resort in the Caribbean. It is regularly named one of the best adults-only beach resorts in the world by Tripadvisor travellers.
