Donkey sanctuary in Aruba

Donkey sanctuary in Aruba was found in the year 1997 with the mission of saving these animals. This is run by a nonprofit and volunteer organization which does not charge any entry fee to the visitors. However, visitors are free to donate generously to help the sanctuary. These animals were the major form of transportation, which later changed in the modern times. The foundation helps in protecting wandering animals and provides them with shelter, food and water. Guests are invited to visit the sanctuary and allowed to feed them carrots and apples. This sanctuary is open in the mornings on weekdays and afternoon on weekends.
