If you fly with Reina Beatrix, the baggage claim location will be in the arrival hall. How about if your baggage has been delayed or damaged? How will you be able to get it?

I don't have any idea as for unclaimed or damaged baggage is concerned in Reina Beatrix Airport. However, I think you have to inform them so that they can initiate the proper steps on how to solve it. Right?
