If you are going to take someone else's kid to Aruba what do you need to do legally. I know just going state to state you need both an insurance card and a note from the parents with the Photo ID of the parent scanned in.
You know what, there probably is. Of course those legalities are the reason I would never take another child that is not my own out of the country with me.
