What do you mean by time? If you are referring to a month, I guess any month would be fine. I have heard Aruba has lots of activities during December. You could try it as well.
Right now if you check out the weather in Aruba, you will notice there are 31 degrees Celsius, which is a perfect weather for a sun bathe. And a dip in the sea.
After a quick google search I found out that the weather is close to perfect in Aruba almost all year long. So there is no bad time to visit. Have a great holiday if you are going there!
You would probably like to go somewhere between the months of April and August because this is the time when the prices drop significantly. From January till March they are really steamy.
What do you think the weather in Aruba by the month of December? We know the Ber month had a cold weather. By the way, does Aruba had a snow like in other country?
