I would never have dreamed it was named for the King. I think the Bay of Horses is an excellent name for it. It DOES sort of remind you of the waves coming in to shore. They do look like horses at times.
That is amazing, totally different islands share a common history. Were both islands conquered before by King Willem van Orange-Nassau? Was he a Dutch King or a Scottish King?
