The coffee is good at the Taste of Belgium, but the service (ToB @ Passeo Herencia) many times is veeery slow....

Waiting for more as 30 minutes seems to be normal over there...

The place is good but sometimes their staff is the problem (not the Belgians, but some over there from south america are pffffff...

I wouldn't mind waiting if the food was very good. I would love the coffee too. I think everyone who lives in the tropics are used to a slower pace, or at least it seems that way.
