Snake vs bird - Aruba crisis

This problem really worries me, no good can come of a situation where the natural wildlife balance is upset. It is good that people are trying to tackle the problem though. I really hope I never see one of these snakes on my travels!

I have to admit, I was ignorant to this problem until I saw it here. I haven't come across many snakes in Aruba, let alone any boas. But I agree this is bad. As a tourist, I don't want to deal with them. As an animal activist, I don't want to see the bird population being destroyed because of this.
