Could we find plenty of places like the "Cook Restaurant" in Aruba? In television, I observed that Koreans like their foods to be cook by themselves. Is this the concept of the restaurant?

Actually this came to my mind as well. Maybe we could cook our own food in this kind of restaurant. By the way, what food are they serving? Is it more on meat or sea foods?
I would like the place more if they would serve both sea foods and meat. Would they serve raw foods? I didn't mean it to be totally raw. Would that be healthy?
