That could be true, I'm not sure, but maybe for a rich person, having a vacation home in another country could give them the opportunity for a big tax break, especially if they're also conducting business in the country that they have a vacation home in.
Tax break huh? That could explain it. But it still its a lot of pain in the head since you're be opening another house in another country. Its not that easy you know and its also very expensive.
