I know that Aruba doesn't typically get any hurricanes because they live outside of the hurricane zone, but a lot of their neighboring countries do. Do they participate in any kind of disaster relief and help out people in those countries?

I haven't heard about anything on the extended help by the Arubans but i guess they have a soft heart for those affected by natural calamities..
