Nicest weather to visit

We are planning our vacation for later this year. I am looking to know when the best time to visit is.
We would like to come when the temperature is in the high 80's - low 90's. We plan on being outside a lot and don't want to be over heated the whole time.
When is the best time to visit?

I think I remember reading that the weather there is pretty nice all the time. We're planning our trip for next winter. We had some days this winter when we woke up to below zero tempertures, it would've been nice to have our vacation then.

I would LOVE to be in sunny Aruba in the winter! I could call all of my friends back in the states and tell them I was laying out on the beach while they are shoveling snow-LOL! Boy would they be ticked off at me!

Yeah Reggie, it's great to sunbath on the beach of Aruba in winter and not to deal with the snow and the salt. How cold (or how warm) is Aruba in the winter anyway?
