A horse fair sounds fun. Wonder how we could find out if they still have it and what the specific dates are. I didn't see anything about it on the internet.
Maybe the guy was disappointed at the lack of real rodeos so decided to create his own?
Horselover, the only information I could find referred to a horse show being held a few years ago pretty regularly. It may be best to contact an Aruba travel agent and ask directly.
