If you can produce all of the proper health and vax certificates, your pet can come into Aruba, but sadly, most hotels don't allow your pet to stay unless you are Paris Hilton and your pet lives in your handbag.
Haha! That is very funny! Still there are a few places that are alright with pets although I will warn you right up front that they do charge extra fees for guests with pets.
I've heard that the Westin Aruba Resort on Palm Beach is a pet friendly hotel. It's right on the beach and it's a beautiful place to stay, but it is pretty expensive.
