I have always liked the idea of a cruise, especially if I take a solo trip. I see that there are several that have Aruba as a stop off point. Has anyone ever taken one of these cruises?
Not for me I'm afraid, I suffer from motion sickness so would hate to be miserable the entire time! Plus don't you only get one day in Aruba? I can't imagine that is enough time.
I think a cruise would be a good idea if you want to see a lot of places in one trip. Those which stop at Aruba will likely leave the cruisers wanting more and so they may plan a return visit, which is good for the island in the long term.
