Dengue fever

Has anybody heard of this before? I've been traveling to the Caribbean for a long time and I've never heard of dengue fever. I just happened to stumble across a little something about it online today. Apparently it is contracted from mosquitoes in the Caribbean.

yes, it a mosquito borne disease that could be acquired by humans through a mosquito bite. Normally, the infected person suffer from an on and off fever, body aches and in severe cases nose bleeding but don't you worry about it because it is preventable.... would you like to know how?
