Where to play on One Happy Island
Casinos have been part of Aruba's tourism since the first one opened in 1959. Today there are more than a dozen casinos on the island, most of them inside the resorts on Palm Beach and Eagle Beach and in downtown Oranjestad. Almost all are open to visitors who are not staying at the hotel.
Palm Beach

Good to know
- Minimum age: you must be 18 or older to gamble in Aruba.
- Currency: casinos operate in US dollars.
- Opening hours: slot machines usually open from late morning, table games from the afternoon until the early morning. Several casinos offer 24-hour slot play.
- Dress code: generally resort casual.
- Regulation: casinos are licensed and supervised by the Department of Casino Affairs of the Government of Aruba.
