Wind surfing capital

Wind surfing is really fun. But it can also be dangerous at times, specially when you're not careful enough to always check your equipment. You should also always go with someone else.

When I go, I will be sure to go with someone who knows what they're doing, and I'll make sure that they have a couple of years of experience with windsurfing. I want to make sure that I understand every aspect of this before I go and do it. Maybe I'll start by reading about it.
