I think I'll probably skip the hiking for myself, I'm a big chicken when it comes to anything like spiders or snakes, but I looked at the Arikok National Park's website. It looks beautiful and it says there are 20 miles of hiking trails throughout the park. I'd say it's probably a great place for hiking.
I have heard that Arikok National Park in Aruba is gorgeous from a friend who has been to Aruba several times. I think it would be worth a visit even if you didn't hike just to see the scenery.
Just watch out for the rattlers.
