A friend of mine moved to Aruba three years ago and opened a business teaching and renting equipment for windsurfing. While he's not extremely wealthy off this he makes a very good living and is doing what he enjoys.
I do some business things in Aruba having to do with offshore banking. If this is the kind of thing you're interested in, Aruba is one of the best places in the world to do it.
