Aruba law on outside drinking

Ahhh, frozen drinks in tropical paradise - take me away! Lol. I've been daydreaming about this for what seems like forever. Hot sun, salt water, sand between my toes, and a cold, sweet coconutty, pineapply drink. Can't wait!!

The government of Aruba has set a new by-law.The by-law allow policemen to arrest those who possess open alcoholic containers. But there are city bars wherein drinking is not prohibited. How do you find this prohibition?
