I agree. And it looks like a free opportunity to see things, and then taste the local flavors and festivities. I love outdoor festival like this that you can come and go as you please.
Thanks guys and gals, I've added this to my 'must do' list! It's nice to read about something that happens regularly as I am not going to be on Aruba for some of the more major events. I may be able to find some nice souvenirs here too.
