One of the best ways to stay fit is to exercise. If you like to have a walk, jog, in Aruba, are there any safe paths and sidewalks that are ideal for this activities?:)

You may jog at the beach. You will surely like it because you will be able to breathe fresh air and see beautiful views. How many hours do you usually jog in a day?

Beach jogging in Aruba is fun since unlike any other beaches wherein you may encounter a hard packed sand, in Aruba you will experience a soft jog in a soft sand. Right?

I agree with sweet gal. In fact, jogging on a hard-packed sand is not good for your joints. Aruba's beaches have small inclines, which is best for your heart rate. Right?

If you are into jogging these days, you should look for a hotel that has a sidewalk area along the stretch of the beach that can allow guests to jog or run in their leisure time. But i believe most Aruba hotels are located near the beach so even if the hotel has no areas for joggers at least you can just go near the beach and do your usual fitting exercise.
